For a long time I have been battling to lose weight, and I tried everything from running in the morning and working out 3 days a week to healthy shakes and salads but I was not getting the results I wanted. I was still overweight and after a while, the pounds that I lost would come right back. until my gym teacher recommended me a program, and after just a month I lost 15 lbs.
